Meet Dr. Paul Barnwell, an experienced chiropractor with a passion for helping patients achieve better health. Dr. Barnwell has a proven track record in relieving sciatica, knee pain, osteoarthritis, migraines, neck pain, headaches, back pain, disc issues and more.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Barnwell is a devoted family man, happily married for 13 years and a proud father.

Stacey Burley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

As a registered nurse, Stacey worked for many years in the emergency department. She obtained her Master’s degree at UT Health Science Center, and as an advanced practice nurse, she worked in family practice working with mostly older patients. The majority of her patients had knee, back, and hip pain. 

Hailey

Nurse Practitioner

Hailey Rosenberg is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who earned her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She has a decade of nursing experience in multiple fields including mental health, transplant, cardiology/heart failure, intensive care, regenerative medicine, and interventional pain management.

Rehab Technician

Amy has always possessed an unwavering passion for lending a helping hand to those in need, nurturing their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Her profound joy in assisting others resonates profoundly through her active involvement in the community. Amy enjoys helping out in her church community by volunteering by serving in her church as well as participating in homeless outreaches.

Katelynn Guerra

Operations Manager

As an Office Manager and rehab coordinator, Katelynn has been a part of the Cornerstone Pain & Wellness team for 4 years. Through God’s continued grace she has been given good health and the wisdom to guide patients and staff through their healthcare journeys.

Ethan

Office Assistant

Ethan grew up doing all kinds of physical and healthy activities. Whether it was swim team, football, hiking, he was always doing something active. Ethan also made sure to keep up with his health by eating right, working out, and even starting doing chiropractic by the age of 12.
